BUYER (Consumer/Guest) The person who makes a reservation and completes the payment step via the website (Hereinafter referred to as the "Guest"). The address and contact information provided by the Guest during the reservation process will be taken as the basis. ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the accommodation service booked electronically by the Guest via the Körfez Apart website (www.korfezapart.com). ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS 3.1. The total price of the accommodation service, including taxes, is shown to the Guest on the reservation form and the payment page. 3.2. The Guest can make the payment via credit card or bank transfer/EFT through the website. 3.3. For reservations made by bank transfer/EFT, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the reservation unilaterally if the payment does not reach the Seller's account within 24 hours. ARTICLE 4 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 4.1. The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date. In this case, the entire amount paid excluding bank deduction fees will be refunded. 4.2. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, no refund will be issued. 4.3. In case of failure to check into the property (No-show) or early termination of the stay, no refund will be made. 4.4. In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, flight cancellations, etc.), refund conditions will be re-evaluated within the framework of mutual goodwill. ARTICLE 5 - GENERAL PROVISIONS (Check-in/Check-out Rules) 5.1. The earliest check-in time to the property is 14:00, and the latest check-out time is 11:00. 5.2. The Guest is obliged to respect the apart rules, the environment, and the peace of other guests. Any damages caused to the fixtures within the apart will be charged to the Guest. 5.3. Pets are Not Allowed. ARTICLE 6 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION In disputes that may arise from the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of the Guest's residence or where the service was purchased are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Trade. Agreement Date: The date the Guest makes and confirms the reservation. By completing the reservation via the website, the Guest is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the articles of this agreement.
