KÖRFEZ APART CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
At Körfez Apart, we aim to provide our guests with a flexible and transparent booking experience. The cancellation and refund conditions applicable to reservations made through our website (www.korfezapart.com) are outlined below:
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made up to 14 days before your check-in date, the full reservation amount will be refunded excluding any bank/credit card deduction fees, if applicable.
For cancellations made less than 14 day] before your check-in date, no refund will be issued].
2. No-Show and Early Departure
In the event of a failure to check in on the reserved date (no-show), the full accommodation fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
If the stay is terminated before the scheduled check-out date (early departure), no refund will be provided for the remaining days.
3. Force Majeure
In cases where accommodation is not possible due to documented force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, war, or terrorism, cancellation and refund requests will be evaluated within the framework of mutual goodwill. In such cases, a free date change option may be offered.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer) within 7 to 14 business days. Körfez Apart is not responsible for any delays caused by the banks' own processing times.
