Standard Cancellation Policy For cancellations made up to 14 days before your check-in date, the full reservation amount will be refunded excluding any bank/credit card deduction fees, if applicable. No-Show and Early Departure In the event of a failure to check in on the reserved date (no-show), the full accommodation fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued. If the stay is terminated before the scheduled check-out date (early departure), no refund will be provided for the remaining days. 3. Force Majeure In cases where accommodation is not possible due to documented force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, flight cancellations, war, or terrorism, cancellation and refund requests will be evaluated within the framework of mutual goodwill.
